I noticed there was a hose lying on the floor & asked if this could be the problem. It was. Problem solved immediately. It was taped to hold it in place as well. Hopefully, that will not be a problem again.

I called Ken's, as our AC system stopped cooling our home on a very hot day in Texas. It was the weekend, but the technician on call was nearby. He arrived within 15-20 minutes of my call and diagnosed and corrected the problem in less than 10 mins. I had a planned gathering at our home I thought I would have to cancel, but the house was cool in a matter of a few minutes. I am extremely happy with the Ken's team.
