these team of Vets and vet Techs make every visit for our furbabies very pleasant and with the least amount of stress for them. I can't express my gratitude enough to all of them from the front desk to the techs for this.

Wonderful experience with our 100lb weimaraner. No unnecessary treatment options. Prices reasonable. Veterinarian sat on floor, befriended Ms Rylee quickly, administered injection after assessment with discussion ( and speaking with us) 😀. Highly recommend.

I have had some great service at this vet, but it was never with Dr. Lindsey Muenchow. I was surprised when I received a condescending explanation –with a dollop of jargon to add a sense of apparent expertise– of why I should not attempt any further treatment on my cat. Instead of making me feel I had the agency to make an informed decision, I felt rushed to put down the animal I spent 12 years caring for. If you’re looking to put your animal down, visit Dr. Muenchow. Otherwise, you’re better suited with a different vet.

Very disappointed. I called January 17, Saturday morning to only come in and see why he was in a lot of pain, that was suppose to be 85$ and some change, 30 minutes later I come to the vet with my dog steady yelling in pain and was told to sit and wait. people in the lobby kept staring at my dog that was steadily yelping and crying while people with minor issues could go in-front of a screaming dog that can’t sit or lay down, I don’t run a business, but I feel that was very wrong they would let a dog that was clearly in a lot of pain that can’t sit or lay down but just let him just stand there in pain yelling. After an hour of us in the lobby of him constantly yelping and crying we finally went back to the doctor only thinking the vet was gonna help me figure out was wrong and he did but when I get to the counter to pay I get charged 400 and something dollars for stuff I never asked for.their was an older lady behind the counter that was rude and said something about me not having common since, and there was young Hispanic lady was telling me about Monday they have to get the boss to call the law for theft of services and she just kept smiling me down like she was happy about it. They wouldn’t take any of my money unless I had the full amount but then threaten me with law because they don’t wanna tell people about fees for some reason. How in the heck does someone know if they have enough money if they’re not being told how much stuff is or if you’re even being charged. In my mind I don’t think some business would be so sneaky I guess they gotta figure a way to scam pet owners being the only vet open during the weekend in this town. Here I am the very next day with my dog steadily yelping and hollering , cant sit down or lay down with out any help because two lady’s behind the counter said there jobs only refer to “taking calls and taking money not sharing information with the vet”and they make it seem like it your suppose to know everything about that vet without being told hey I’m charging you for this and that after you have told them several times you have limited funds, thinking they would let you know. P.S. I could have afforded the medication but was denied it because I didn’t have the 400 and something dollars to cover stuff I never asked for. This place is not pet friendly.

Our 17 year old beagle was at his end of life. Every single staff member we encountered were friendly, caring and professional. I plan to use them as our vet from now on.

Very young vet helper attempted to give a diagnosis that was wrong. She became offended when I explained that I knew what was wrong and what caused it. Long story short, very uncomfortable experience and will not trust this clinic.
A little advice to the staff, Listen to your customers, don't assume that they are dumb, and practice providing appropriate care with professional and qualified personnel.
I felt like I was being taken advantage of by the clinic trying to use unqualified personnel to do a vets job. Won't be back.

I recently moved back to SS after my husband retired. HCVC has wonderful reviews and for good reason. They were able to schedule their appointment promptly. As we are empty nesters our boxers Beaux and Lulu are our babies. From the moment we walked in everyone was very welcoming and kind. Carrie was so patient and sweet with retrieving our dogs charts via email. Our vet tech was very sweet. Beaux and Lulu just loved her. Dr. Potter is amazing!!! He got down my dogs level yo do his assessments. He asked wonderful questions and was very receptive to our few concerns with possible ear infections that thankfully they did not have. He listened to us and was very patient. I am so grateful we decided to come here!! I would give 10 stars if I could!
