I lift and went in for a deep tissue. Shanequa is amazing! She's super knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions you have and makes suggestion to help you in your health/fitness journey. I felt amazing after and look forward to going again!

The masseuse was phenomenal with her massaging my neck and upper back muscles, to release all of the tightness. I walked out a new person, who could move her neck again. Thank you so much and I can't wait to go back next month!
The business itself is automatic stress relief when you walk in the door. Clean, chill and perfect. Brooke Burney is MY therapist and I wouldn't trust another soul with my body. She's kind, great energy, loving, professional and is perfect if you have cancer or in bad shape health wise. It's like she can read the flow of your body. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
