Cindy, not only responded at a less than convenient time on a weekend, but she set up a time to repair my F250 diesel. She was professional, worked hard, and most importantly, continued until my truck was fixed and on the road. It would have been very easy for her to just have me tow it to the dealership after completing what I had originally asked for, but she persevered to provide the best answer for getting me back on the road. It was not an easy task, and she worked very hard to make it happen. I greatly appreciate her, and I would highly recommend using Diesel Corral anytime you find yourself in a bind.
Aug. 2024 the wife and I packed up our diesel Class A motorhome for a 9-day trip scheduled to cover 2,500 miles. We had been on the road for about 2 hours (I-30 15 miles outside Sulphur Springs TX. around 2pm) when my rig died while traveling at a speed of 65 miles an hour. The rig would restart but within a few miles the rig would die again. This had all the signs of a fuel starvation issue.
I called the Auto Diesel Corral and spoke with Cindy and within 45 minutes she arrived and began diagnosing the issue. The first thing Cindy found was a faulty fuel strainer relief valve (Cummins 5.9) that could cause air to enter the fuel system. Cindy and I both hoped...read full review
Cindy came out to fix a mistake I made by putting gas in a diesel. She called when on her way to give me a ETA and even asked if I had something to drink, because it was hot. Cindy arrived exactly when she said she would and started working immediately. She knows what she’s doing and it only took about 30 minutes and told me to start it, fired right up and I was back on the road. Highly recommend!
