Our system kept shutting off and we couldn’t figure out what was going on. My husband called 3M and even though they were busy they were able to come out and knew exactly what was wrong. Fixed it quickly!! Thank you so much!!!

A little backstory… Our inside and outside AC units were both brand new, installed in June 2024 by Air Control out of Emory. During our home inspection in May 2025, a freon leak was discovered, and we were told the inside unit needed to be raised and the stand rebuilt because it was nearly impossible to fit the filter properly. The previous homeowner had Air Control come back out to “fix” the leak and recharge the system.
Just a week after we moved in (June 2025), we noticed water leaking from the AC. We contacted Air Control, and they told us they’d need to check their records and get back to us but we never heard anything further. We ended... read full review

We had a great experience today with Nick at 3m. Nick came out on a Sunday, holiday weekend- response time was great! Thankfully it was a quick fix. I won’t hesitate to call them again next time we need AC service.
