I went to Wendy for my permanent eyelid tattoo done 8 years ago and really loved her work. I decided to come back to her recently for the nano hairstroke on my eyebrows. I was nervous at first because I did not want my eyebrows to be too dark, too thin, nor too thick. With Wendy's many years of experience and artistic skills, I trusted her and let her do the work.
