I have nothing against optometrist. However, I had bad experience with Front desk lady who was extremely rude about my son's frame repair. My son had a Ray Ban glasses purchased from them include warranty. He needed the glasses to be repaired due to malfunctioning of temple becoming loose and uneven with normal use. Front desk lady was raising voice to us and blamed my son broke the glasses due to mishandling the glasses. It was not professional way to treat customer this manner. After this incidence I chose to do my business with other place.

Very disappointed in the people at the front desk finishing my order. Order was filled incorrectly and not according to what was discussed which caused me to lose 35% of my insurance allowance for the year. Now my order is only partially filled and on top of that I have to wait another two years for this allowance. The doctor was very good however I cannot afford to lose money on mistakes like that.

Very capable optometrist. Went into very helpful explanations about what to expect in the future concerning my vision. My eyeglasses were ready in 3 days! Other places at least a week.
