Everyone at Settegast Kopf was extremely professional and friendly. Gary guided us through this difficult time with compassion and knowledge. Their chapel and all their facilities were beautiful, warm and very comforting for all of us and the people who attended the celebration of life service.
This is the 3rd time I have used the Settegast Kopf Funeral Home in Sugar Land. This last time was the most difficult because my daughter had died very unexpectedly. Gary Crespo was very compassionate and efficient. We had six people there making decisions and another one on speakerphone but he was patient through the whole process. He helped us do everything we wanted to do to honor my daughter
Very responsive to questions and text messages. Found it easy to make an appointment and then go through the whole process of what to do, next steps. Shah in particular was so wonderful to work with and was very caring. Appreciated the honesty, help and dignity shown.
