I have been a patient since 2001. I am extremely visually impaired since birth. I recently had an unfortunate eye injury and received urgent and amazing care from Dr Pham. I love this entire team. Wanda, Pam, and Kathy are the best too! They have helped so much with my special contacts and glasses. Thank you Texas Eye Institute! I love you all!
I had a great experience with Dr. Bulan. I love that he was patient with my son and how he explained everything in detail to me. He also explained to my son expectations and the next step for us. We waited two months for a new patient appt but he was worth it!
Dr. Koop is exceptional and I trust him and his staff completely on all levels when it comes to my eyesight and related issues!! I am not just a number, but rather a person who is treated as such. From Jennifer to Elizabeth and Frankie (sp?), as well as Pam at First Colony Optical, it was an stress-free experience!! Sharon was not working when I went in for my check-up, but hats off to her as well / she was a tremendous help months ago when my daughter had an emergency issue! Dr. Koop and his staff are the best, and so much appreciated by my daughter and me!!
