    I stopped by there on a whim to get out out the rain. After leaving I really took a look at my nails and they were thick, not evenly covering the nail and worst of all not cured all the way. They started to peel in the corners and I just completely removed them due to the uncured gel polish. Thankfully they were dont so poorly they removed easily.

    came in with my mom to use a birthday gift card. the lady doing my nails did a bad job, missing parts of my nail as well as leaving polish stains on my fingers. I asked her to just take it off, and they said they would still charge me the full $20 with or without color. no wonder this place has bad reviews. I will never come back.

    First time patronage business my nails looking better before I came in there when ready check out buy light look smear then said on it’s the power listen I have been to most expensive to the least and don’t advertise an product if you know as a company it’s a defective my nails look and are so big and thick so saddens please care for patron not caring how much you make off a customer now you send me out with my nail's looking unsatisfactory. Even if you choose to do nothing it will be reported.

    i hate leaving bad reviews but this place went down hill. I used to come here all the time! not sure what happened. tried to get my pedi done, the tech was rough when it came to cutting my skin/cuticle and filing my nail. I get it, the nail filer is sharp, so be more gentle. my skin has been soaking in water so it’s soft, why would you file the nail that rough? Now my toe is bleeding… Had to stop the appointment because why would I want to continue and maybe get an infection? Like no… i told her 3 times to be more gentle too!

    I’ve been coming here for years and never had a bad experience until today. I had my nails done by Yvonne and I picked a simple baby pink chrome and I was going to add French tips. When she started putting the color on, it was more of a neon pink and I thought maybe it would get lighter with the chrome but it didn’t. I told her very nicely I didn’t like it and I wanted a baby pink and she said it’s too late to fix it and that’s the color I picked. She kept calling me picky for wanting to change it and said she would charge me $20 extra to fix it!! Ridiculous! I’ve never had this issue at any other nail salon. If i don’t like it, the other place I used to go to would file it off and do it again free of charge. I spoke to the manager after my visit who wasen’t helpful at all but they did agree to redo it without charging me an extra 20. However, Yvonne was visibly mad that she had to do it again and kept slamming her drawers and told me I “really hurt her feelings” and she said “why did you have to go and make me look bad in-front of my manager?” Like what?? I told her I was sorry if I hurt for feelings but I think it’s a little ridiculous to charge an extra 20 to redo nails that she messed up. She told me they have to do that because it’s a waste of time if they don’t get payed. Honestly the 2nd color looked exactly the same except it has barley any chrome and is slightly lighter but still neon. I was so done at that point i I just left. Safe to say I will not be returning.

    Used to love going to this salon. Even would put gift cards on my wish list for birthdays or Christmas. Found an old gift card so went to use it today and they refused to accept it. It had no expiration date on it but they said they are new owners and don’t take old owners gift cards. Didn’t offer any solutions just too bad. My nails look great though. Rating is for customer service.

    I have been going since I moved out there in 2018 and Tiffany has always been amazing! Not only with my nails but my waxing too. I love to see the smile on her face when she sees me there. She’s my go-to girl I also call friend. Love, love love her!

    I’ve been coming to Sweet Escape Nail Lounge for a while now, and Lily is always my go-to for both pedicures and manicures. She is incredibly gentle and precise, and I can always count on her to take her time and make sure everything is done perfectly. My nails always look beautiful and last a long time after every appointment with her.

    Even though Lily doesn’t speak much English, she makes every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. She communicates through her kindness, her smile, and her careful attention to detail. We may not have full conversations, but her warmth and professionalism make it easy to feel relaxed and well taken care of.

    Lily is very consistent and clearly takes pride in her work. She is especially great with cuticle care and massage, and she always makes sure I’m happy with the results before I leave. I really appreciate how thorough and hygienic she is—everything is always clean, and she makes the whole experience feel luxurious

    Worst Service Ever & extremely rude.
    I had my daughter’s nails done for her birthday and they peeled right off the next day. I didn’t have time to get them redone and asked for a refund, the head lady was rude and walked off. Terrible.

    I asked for a french tip with pink and orange and a pink starfish. I had Tracy and she did a horrible job. She got the length wrong, the orange wrong, and the starfish wrong. I showed her a picture and i clearly stated all of these things and kept on telling her what i wanted and she still got it wrong. I will attach a picture!
