They really care. Unfortunately, our dog didn't make it by the time we arrived to this Vet ER but the care and consideration of all the staff we dealt with was above and beyond. They were patient and understanding and well trained and professional. Even with all my tears and emotions I saw the quality, care and consideration.
Yes, in general emergency care is / can be expensive (for humans or pets), but if in an emergency for our other dogs, I'd trust them 100%. Thank you to all the staff we dealt with 🙏🏻
We were referred to the oncology department for our baby Sophie after she was diagnosed with lymphoma. Every step of this journey has been smooth and informative. Dr. Novosad is friendly, knowledgeable and overall a great provider for our dog during this time of uncertainty. Tanya at the front desk has a great attitude, very professional. Christina also is an outstanding medical provider.
