I was very pleased with Sugar Land Health Care Center. A relative of mine stayed there for six weeks, and I visited daily during that time. The staff was very competent, caring, and professional. They took excellent care of the patients and were always attentive and supportive.
I was especially impressed by how helpful and caring both the office staff and the nursing staff were throughout the stay. Everyone treated us with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.
My husband was here for therapy form stroke. At first he was not doing too well and insurance discharged us . The therapist continued working with him and now he has gotten better. The staff here is very good patient and helpful. The administrator, Bernadette Staples, go out of her way to help families and explain insurance and financials. Sharonda in business office has been very patient with me with long term care insurance and Medicaid pending. The team here has truly helped and supported me to navigate my husbands care.
