Today si had a Dental appointment at Sugarland I met the my new Dentist DR Zapata …He was quick and very efficient… Per usual Anna was awesome. !!?Kimberly was awesome. !!!Ana Dana was awesome. I love coming to St Hope in Sugarland

before going to visit st hope foundation dental clinic,bellaire.on sept 6,m2023,i telephoned and explained to the employee that i was a senior citizen living on social security and a small pension.and asked how much would it cost to see a dentist.all the employee told me that it would cost some money.she did not mention that the dental xray alone would cost $120.if she had,i would not have gone.she misled me.when i went on sept6,20123 i showed my social security and pension statements to a female employee.all she saidthat i qualify.she did not mention thatb the dental xray alone would costv$120.if she had,i would have returned home.after that the recptionist asked for my debit card and charged me $120.after that i saw the dentist a black female.she told me that would have to return another day to see another dentist.this tripbwas a complete waste of time and money.i am out of pocket $180.taxi $60,xray$120. i have filed complaints with better business bureau and governor of texas for refund of $180

The whole staff are always welcoming. I have to give special recognition to Kim and Dana because they are the best. Dr. Patel makes sure to take great care of your teeth. I don’t want to go anywhere but here, and you shouldn’t either. Call and schedule today! It is hard to get in touch with someone that is my only concern.
