I used to be a sedentary person and thought I wouldn’t be able to exercise. But at SPENGA, I felt capable! I love working out there. The whole team is amazing. The place is pleasant, with new and clean equipment. The encouragement and guidance from Tiffany and Maria during the classes make all the difference in the results! In 5 months, I’ve lost almost 31 pounds and gained more energy. I’m very happy to have this moment as part of my daily routine. I plan to continue there forever!
Spenga has changed my life, it not only has transformed my body, but the way that I also focus. this place is truly one in 1 million and the vibration and energy that you get from the instructors you don’t even need an energy drink! I will forever love this place.
