Sadly, everything everyone stated here is true . I purchased 4 pricey treatments. #1 monday took the day off, they canceled same day due to no provider #1 rescheduled for Wed . was bumped out 1 hr for lunch, then took twice as long because provider was in training & I was the guinea pig. They didn't even ask if it was ok. # 2 Fri canceled the day of. same thing no provider. i took pto from work. had to wait 2 weeks. then next treatment went fine. provider was Super nice. last one-still waiting. I repeatedly asked for a Sat. apt and received mixed messages...they will let me know... Front desk personnel says we are not open sat. provider and one other nurse said yes they are (for special cases) well uh that's me, i work 12 hrs./day. still waiting. mgr. won't call me to apologize..... they give her the message but wont give me her no. i am not seeing the results i hoped for. apts are too spread out due to all those cancellations. its been 3-4 mos. since I was last there. no one checked to see how I am doing BUT its true they keep calling & texting me for other promos/services like Botox which I don't need. The problem is, they got my money. best advice-go somewhere else. Honestly, if ur more than 5 min late theyll cancel but they really are not that busy, just slow and focused on sales. really, really disappointed. One particular person has an attitude. I'm a paying customer and My time is valueable too. :/

I have been to this location several times and it was always good, but now it is OUTSTANDING. I had a procedure done today with Ashley and everything everyone else is saying is true. She is wonderful. It was like having a conversation with my bestie the whole time I was there. Everything was clean and she was not just on time, but early. She was gentle, but got the rough job done and made me feel super comfortable while she was doing it.If you have had a bad experience, give Sona a shot again, if for no other reason than just to have a great conversation with Ashley.

I have had a facial, botox and filler done at Sona Med Spa. All of my services were performed by Ashley and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Ashley is kind and patient and made me feel comfortable when getting the injections. She walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I also did a “Diamond Glow Facial” and it was wonderful. I don’t think my face has ever felt so fresh and clean. Highly recommend Sona Med Spa and the incredible staff!!

This place is so professional and amazing! Ive had a great experience with Miss Ashley, she way a joy to be around and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience! definitely recommend as they are very clean, professional, and have wonderful staff. (thank you so much Ashley for being so fun and for making making my experience enjoyable!)

I have been here to get laser hair removal. The staff here are so nice, especially Sherry. She explained everything to me, was very thoughtful and thorough with my specific skin type. I did not feel any pain when she did my laser treatment and always made sure I was comfortable.

Sherry-Ann is the lady to see! my spouse and I just finished our appointments with her and she was GREAT! she is very thorough and clearly cares about her job. she is great company as well. I wish we could be friends! I will return to this location and specifically request her. she honestly did an amazing exceptional job. thanks!

Jennifer was able to find an appointment that worked with my schedule and answered my questions. Heather was thorough in explaining the process and I felt very comfortable during my session. I was able to meet most of the staff and everyone was very nice. Definitely recommend the Sugar Land location!
