If I could give them a zero, I would. They went out of business and stuck customers with money on a card to use for services. I lost $170 when they packed up like a thief in the night and closed the business at Sugarland mall.

Ever since I moved here 3 years ago, I’ve been coming to this location and they’ve always done a pretty decent job, so to leave them a 1-star review hurts. I went in this afternoon, there was a younger girl there, skinny. She was very nice, but she did a horrible job with my eyebrows. Everytime I go, I always ask to have my brows shaped so they arch up. After she was done and showed me, she said because the front is thicker she couldn’t do the shaping…??? I told her over and over that I always come here and they do the same thing, so I don’t know why this time is different. I did not mess with my eyebrows beforehand. Should be removed from the mall. Absolutely Terrible. I waited patiently while the lady in the back was eating and on the phone when she came out with a smile and greeted me, without washing her handsI was sat and almost immediately was leaned back while the woman resumed a phone call, stopping only when I put my hand up to pause her from trying to start without talking first. (Befausw who does that) She hung up, I greeted her kindly, said I want to keep the natural look, very clean on the bottom don't touch the top too much, low/ no arch very subtle. She was chomping away on some gum while I was explaining and made it seem like she understood. I paused her multiple times to remind her "thick & natural", she flashed the mirror for a second and put it back down. I didn't get a good look but I came in for a clean eyebrow look with minimal shaping and ended up looking like two separate people did either eyebrow, before I noticed all the awful mistakes, I went to sit in the car to examine and returned to show the fool her failure. I asked for refund after paying in $20 CASH, and tipping because i was excited. Anyways the lady should be fired because she just shrugged me off and stayed on the phone. She took out a chunk of my eyebrow, refused to tell me her name or refund the miserable job she did and didn't return the tip. I have come Here since this place opened in like 2014 took a lil break to grow them out and hate what it's become. There's literally 100s of options in sugar land alone that I could and should have gone to, but made the mistake of not learning new tricks. God awful service. God awful smell. Horrible time. Don't visit.
