Stay away from here, if you have any billing questions or any questions at all, they give you to the business manager at the front, she is rude and cant answer any questions. I would definitely not recommend coming here.

I had a follow-up appointment with my cardiologist after a recent hospitalization. The email link for the physical address was listed as this office. The receptionist checked me in, even as I explained I was a patient of Dr. Ansari, who apparently no longer practices out of this office. In fact, all of cardiology has moved to building 3 as of this writing. I waited in the office for over an hour before I quizzed the receptionist on the availability of the doctor before some of the other receptionists acknowledged I was in the wrong location. Horrible customer service. I called to get a new PCP, but I was given little information about them. After calling my insurance and my 4 kids' insurance to change our PCPs, I called back to book an appointment and was told there was no availability until September. I mean, what the hell? I just spoke to you, and I was not told that. After spending 1 hour with the insurance company. Those people at customer service need more training. Come to think of it, I am just seeing their review (2.2); I should have known that they have an ugly reputation. Guys, run when you come across this memorial hospital.
