Memorial Hermann Medical Group Physicians at Sugar Creek

I am appalled by how poor my experience with this clinic has been since I began going here for my routine health needs, which have now turned into a potential health emergency. The provider who I have been seeing at this location for nearly a year has been very generally pretty dismissive of my complaints/symptoms and seemed quite casual and unconcerned about several elevated lab markers and ongoing symptoms I have complained about for months, which eventually prompted me to investigate with a different provider elsewhere only to discover that I do in fact have some pretty major medical issues that now require medication management. I've been going to Memorial Hermann for 25+ years. Great nurses! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and super friendly. The doctors are great too! You can always get an available appointment in your Pod if your PCP is booked up. Parking always available.

I had a great experience at this facility. All the staff were amazing. Nola the patient representative got me checked in quickly, the facility was running a little behind and she checked with the back to see about the wait and confirm that I was ready to be seen. I have never experienced a receptionist do that before. I saw Dr. Ibidapo-obe, she was fabulous. She took her time, talked and listened to me. We put together next steps and started! Her nurse Erin and Kim were also so kind and the best! Everyone extremely friendly. They have a lab and a nutrionsist on staff at the same facility! Definitely recommend.
