I've been going to Memorial Hermann for 25+ years. Great nurses! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and super friendly. The doctors are great too! You can always get an available appointment in your Pod if your PCP is booked up. Parking always available.
I had a great experience at this facility. All the staff were amazing. Nola the patient representative got me checked in quickly, the facility was running a little behind and she checked with the back to see about the wait and confirm that I was ready to be seen. I have never experienced a receptionist do that before. I saw Dr. Ibidapo-obe, she was fabulous. She took her time, talked and listened to me. We put together next steps and started! Her nurse Erin and Kim were also so kind and the best! Everyone extremely friendly. They have a lab and a nutrionsist on staff at the same facility! Definitely recommend.
I have had nothing but problems since I switched to this office on July 30th. Communication is bad and I have to repeatedly call and ask for an update. They need to learn to use the patient portal app to communicate. If I had t9 do it over again , I would not go here .
