We used Mahoney's cleaning service for many years and rarely had anything to complain about. Recently we changed from weekly to bi-weekly and were told that the rate would go up due to the additional cleaning that would be necessary. (There are only two of us in the house, but ok). Also, the base rate was increased as well, which is to be expected due to the cost of everything nowadays. However, the bi-weekly cleaning took the same amount of time to finish as the weekly cleaning, which actually had been decreasing for some time. Used Mahoney's cleaning for a few years. The first cleaning was great, but slowly got worse over time until it was just unacceptable. Owner used to be responsive, but now she will just ghost you. I will be switching my needs to another company that can clean better, and respond to customers.Service: Standard cleaning
