I highly recommend Fabio Castro for assisted stretching and personal training at the Sugar Land location! I originally started working with him because of ongoing low back issues; his knowledge of anatomy, assisted stretching, and corrective exercises has made a tremendous positive difference! Every session was more than just stretching. Fabio explained the purpose behind each exercise and helped me better understand how my body moves. I love my gym. Great classes front desk folks are great. I would stay stay away from the Pilates - there's an up charge and the staff and manager are kind of pushy about sales and not very good with customer service concerns.

I’ve been coming to this gym and never had an issue with anyone until I came across Erin. She’s rude and tries to implement her own rules how she sees fit. I’ve never been asked for my ID until Tony B decided to single me out in front of her so now she singles me out every time and asks for my ID and which she has never done before and tells me now it’s policy which I know is completely untrue. She likes to parade her so called “power” around and I know it’s just her because I know 2 other people that has had an issue with her also and reading the other reviews, we’re not the only ones that... read full review
