I highly recommend Fabio Castro for assisted stretching and personal training at the Sugar Land location! I originally started working with him because of ongoing low back issues; his knowledge of anatomy, assisted stretching, and corrective exercises has made a tremendous positive difference!
Every session was more than just stretching. Fabio explained the purpose behind each exercise and helped me better understand how my body moves. That combination of hands-on treatment and education gave me confidence in my recovery.
Over the past several weeks, we also focused on strengthening my core and lower back. He challenged me in the best way, always respecting my limitations while helping me build strength, stability, and confidence.
Fabio is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping his clients succeed. If you're looking for someone who understands the human body, listens to your concerns, and creates a thoughtful, personalized approach, I highly recommend training with him.
Thank you, Fabio, for all your guidance and encouragement. Wishing you continued success—you truly make a difference!

I love my gym. Great classes front desk folks are great. I would stay stay away from the Pilates - there's an up charge and the staff and manager are kind of pushy about sales and not very good with customer service concerns.

I’ve been coming to this gym and never had an issue with anyone until I came across Erin. She’s rude and tries to implement her own rules how she sees fit. I’ve never been asked for my ID until Tony B decided to single me out in front of her so now she singles me out every time and asks for my ID and which she has never done before and tells me now it’s policy which I know is completely untrue. She likes to parade her so called “power” around and I know it’s just her because I know 2 other people that has had an issue with her also and reading the other reviews, we’re not the only ones that has issues at the front desk.

Life Time Sugar Land is by far one of the best fitness clubs around. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. What truly sets it apart is the incredible variety of amenities—there’s something for everyone, and no other gym offers the same all-in-one experience.

Whether you’re looking to work out, take classes, relax, swim, play sports, or keep your kids engaged in fun activities, Life Time has it all. It’s not just a gym; it’s a place where families can live a healthy, active lifestyle together.

I love that it’s family-oriented and caters to all ages, from young children to older adults. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is positive, and the attention to detail throughout the club is impressive. If you’re looking for more than just a place to exercise, Life Time Sugar Land is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

LifeTime Sugar Land is a best fitness club in Sugar Land and I would like to especially mention the front desk lady Andrea who is the most knowledgeable and helpful person. She is always kind and ready to help with any problems.

Love all the classes here. Clean gym and helpful staff . Indoor pickleball can get crowded so I would recommend you reserve first.

Today observed a gym patron demand face paint be removed from a child's face because they were offended. The child in question did not belong to them and the painting that offended them was a flag. Lifetime Fitness does not believe that everyone is created equal and demonstrated this today. Very disappointing leadership demonstrated today.

Absolute horrible gym, I wondered why the 3 star rating if it’s such an expensive gym. I now know why, absolute trash.

Went yesterday with my little cousin, they told us we can’t come in because he can’t guest me in as he is a minor (he is 17 and I am over 18) . This has never been an issue before as even I had a membership some time ago and I could bring guests whenever as a minor. I called the sienna location and asked if this was a rule and they said they had never heard of anything like this. The front desk people at this location consistently give members a hard time and are quite rude. They seem to make up rules per to what they see fit. The two ladies at the front were astonishingly rude. I wanted to set up another membership here but won’t be. $$$$ price for $ service.
