There is no other person and groomer like Misty, she is the best groomer and an extraordinary human being. This place is not only a business for them, they care deeply for our dogs and they are wonderful with us but most importantly the interpersonal relationship they provide to us and our dogs. Nico, my 10 year old boy shih tzu has been groomed by Misty for 10 years now. Not only he has beautiful hair, and always looks amazing, he loves going for grooming because he wants to see his friends. Nico trusts deeply Misty, he knows she will looking after him at all times. I love Misty, and her family. They have created an absolute wonderful grooming environment for our dogs. The most honest, caring, fun, trustworthy grooming place. Thanks to Misty Nico got used to be groomed since he was 6 months, what makes it easier for me to groom him at home. Misty has helped me to learn how to do some things at home. I do not have words how to describe how much I appreciate Misty, she goes the extra mile every time; first come the well being physical and emotional; while having the most beautiful groomed dog. She always examines the dogs in full detail with the best experience and knowledge, thanks to her findings, i have been able to proactively treat Nico with the vet. Our Sweet Luna looks amazing thanks to Misty and the KPK Krew! New client registration was a breeze, check in/drop off was quick and easy. Pick up was a little hard...BECAUSE LUNA DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE ALL HER NEW FRIENDS! Our girl looks so fresh and Clean. Y'all I highly recommend Kreativ Pets Klips, it's a fun environment! They do an amazing Job!
We just left the from our first visit for a nail trim. My fearful/reactive dog, Mila, is six years old and I’ve searched high and low for a groomer who will be understanding of her fear and will let me stand with her during a nail trim. My Mila has NEVER been so receptive and sweet to a stranger, let alone a stranger who dared touch her paws. I feel like I’ve had a literal weight lifted from my shoulders today. If you have a fearful dog, you will not regret paying a visit to Kreativ Pet Klips! Thank you for understanding dogs like mine!!!!!
