Poor service i have a appointment at 2 pm all doors unlocked and no signs stating they are on lunch a scheduled appointment shouldn't have to wait for a lunch break thats the point of a scheduled visit

Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they staffed this place by pulling random employees from the local McDonalds. I’m pretty sure I know more about bipolar disorder than the psychiatrist I saw here, and they refused to even tell me what type of bipolar I have.

Now I’m in a manic episode that they completely failed to treat because they didn’t listen to me, and I’ve called 11 times with no response. If you have anything serious going on, I’d strongly suggest you go literally anywhere else.

I don't understand how a group of incompetent people ate all hired in one agency. From the clinicians all the way down to the call routers. Why are you scheduling appointments in 15 min increments. Why do the people sound like their in the bed..
Kinghaven is the absolute worst provider for mental health services. There are other more efficient agencies.

Appt at 10am- appt begins at 12:15pm.

This place needs to be invested. I'm sureeee they would be shut down because there is no way the paperwork is together with all the ignorant people working here
