Based on the reviews, Houston Methodist Childbirth Center at Sugar Land is described as an amazing and peaceful place for childbirth. The nurses and doctors are the best, taking care of patients like family and making them feel comfortable and safe. The center is clean, and the nurses are always welcome, providing a warm ambient. The rooms are extremely large with lots of space, and the staff ensures the baby never leaves the room for testing. The physicians, nurses, and technicians are all extremely courteous and experienced. The care team is important, and nurses are noted for doing their jobs with care for new moms, helping them not to fall apart in difficult situations. The center also has a photographer on sight for same-day newborn photos. The only missing thing is that complimentary food is only for the mom, but there are plenty of options for others. The center is highly recommended if it is in your network.
Gave birth in 3 different hospitals and this one is by far the BEST, most caring and empathetic team I've ever been looked after. Never pressured me, made me feel comfortable and gave me options about how I wanted my experience to go. I thank God I was blessed with such an amazing team.
The best nurses and doctors I could have asked for. I delivered my baby boy on April 24th and the nurses who took care of me and my baby during the labor period and post partum were simply amazing. They took care of us like we were family. I never for a second felt I wasn’t getting enough care. Dr Diase was my OB and she is simply the best!!!
A big thank you to nurses — Renee (Kimberly), Kristy, Jill, Lena, Melissa, Haley, Mary, Halena and any nurse who cared for me during my delivery and post partum. And lactation specialists Ms. Quinyata and Ms. Rosie.

Thats an amazing - peaceful place for us- as we got all our babies delivered here. My favorite childbirth center so far. Nurses are always welcome here and gave you a very warm welcome with a warm ambient here that makes us really comfortable and safe. The only missing i may say they only give complimentary food to mom but not husband - mom is the king there as it supposed to be though 😂- but you still have plenty of option that you can get your own food there while staying with your wife! Thank you so much for hospitality !
