Very rude staff! They do not return calls, they do not answer the phone. It rings and rings and "if" they pick up, they immediately put you on hold without saying a word. I am done with this horrible place and will take my business elsewhere.

The most unprofessional medical office I had to deal with they don’t return phone calls and doctor takes patients but doesn’t fully diagnose them. Then why accept patients if you don’t have an answer you are robbing people money.

Not sure if this practice is ethical. On December 12, 2023, I requested a refill for my medication from Dr. Lanys' office, which was supposed to be requested from the manufacturer. However, I was informed that they declined to refill it and advised me to find a new prescriber or a new PCP. On December 19, 2023, when I contacted the manufacturer, I discovered that my refill amount had changed from 2 to 1. I obtained the tracking number and traced my medication to Dr. Lanys' office. It was delivered there on December 21, 2023, and I called on December 29, 2023, to confirm its presence, which Brittany verified.
