Really rushed service. Usage my wax appointments are just for personal hygiene and care but this time it was a birthday wax appointment. They ruined my whole mood. Missed big patches of hair. The lady also was rushing from one body part to another without finishing. I had to keep telling them you missed a spot and when I came home there was still a bunch of hair that they missed. She was wax in the wrong direction. She was waxing each section 5 or more times which left me red and bruised. The pricing is good but the service is not worth it. Your work also defines the character be loyal to your work.

Went for oxyfacial for the first time. The facial was very beneficial for my oily sensitive skin. The glow lasted very long. Will soon be booking next appointment with them.

miss Rosie does the best head massage . I drive 15 min just for her massage . There are about 5 salons walking distance from my house but the drive is worth it . she reminds me of my Moms head massage . I love it so much I have started making a weekly trip here before every head bath .

rating a big 0 ,i don't recommend this place the lady doing my eyebrows left me with an incomplete job and went to charge someone and never finished with my eyebrows

i’ve gone here since freshman year of high school 6 years ago now, my eyebrows always look great and the price is always nice.she even puts aloe vera on for a relaxing cooling effect afterwards!! ❤️
So I've been coming here since high school, loved the place for the convenience, availability, and them always getting my eyebrows Right. However, if I could rate this place a zero, I would. I recently became a part of the beauty industry and there's just so many red flags. I honestly don't understand how TDLR allows them to be open. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE NOBODY washes their hands before service. Re-uses the same brow brush for every client.(should be disposed after every use.) you're also supposed to cleanse the brow area prior, also adding antiseptic after to prevent bacteria from spreading. The last few times I've came, I've broken out around my lips and my brow area because of this reason. I can go on and on about all the TDlR regulations but I'm not them. Yes I can do my own eyebrows, but it's nice to get them done by someone else especially if you do it all day. My job only offers waxing, and my skin doesn't tolerate it. The woman who did my brows left them uneven and said, if I take this part of your brow it would leave a gap, but I've done my own eyebrows before and I would take the exact same place off, and nothing was wrong with my brows. I kept asking her to go back in and clean up on the top of my brows. She did only did a few swipes. I felt nothing come off my face and she said that we were done I walked into my car. I still have unibrow and excess hair on the top part of my brows, which I guess it's fine, because I'm bout to go get dermaplaned. But it's frustrating to me because the way that I take care of my clientele, I will make sure that everything is completely perfect before you leave and that's also removing excess hair from the face. You can also tell that she rushed her job even though nobody was in there and snapped half of the hair on my brows. I honestly got tired of telling her to go back to complete her job so I just left. I've been there another time and saw somebody getting a brow wax and didn't do any of the precautions to perceive the wax also in the state of Texas you're required to wear gloves to do waxes, which I did not see. It made my insides turn. But I keep trying to get this place the benefit of the doubt because they still looked OK but today it looks like I didn't even get my brows done.
