Dr. Closs has been our vet since 1999 for all of my fur babies throughout their lifespan and they all have loved him. He gets down on the floor with them to do their physical assessment. He explains everything in detail. I never feel rushed with our visits and never feel like I am waiting a long time either. I can't say enough good. He's always so calm. Definitely will be our vet for life.

I took my cat here for a grooming session and I’m extremely happy with the results! The vet is amazing and the staff are all so kind and professional. I had tried another place before but wasn’t satisfied at all — this experience was completely different in the best way. I highly recommend Grand Parkway Animal Hospital to anyone looking for quality care for their pets.

I’ve sent my dog here consistently for grooming and check ups. I initially scheduled him for an 11 AM appt and called back 15 mins later and rescheduled it for 12 PM instead. I don’t know what happened on their end where they never changed his appt timing. We bring my dog the next day for his 12 PM appt and were told he would be ready by 3 PM. My mom gets there at 3 and they haven’t even started his cut. They said he would be ready at 5 PM. As any dog owner you would be upset because why weren’t we contacted? I would’ve picked him up and dropped him later. It’s common sense to call the owner to double check if you don’t know what’s going on. My dog is very anxious so him being at the groomers for five hours doesn’t sit right with me. The receptionist, Jessica, has a horrible attitude and no empathy. It’s your job, be professional rather than hanging up the phone. My dog has been coming here for over three years and I no longer will be bringing him back. Take accountability for miscommunication amongst your staff. I’m not one to write negative reviews but I don’t play about my dog.

Receptionist was extremely rude and had zero empathy for our sick dog. Each time I called, I felt like I was bothering her.
The vet has done a good job in the past but we’ll be changing vets due to receptionist.
Edited because I can’t respond to their response : you’re being dishonest and we had an appointment scheduled for next Tuesday. I called 6/10 I wanted to bring him in urgently and not wait until the following week. The fact that you’re arguing with reviewers and attempting to make us look like bad dog parents is insane and unprofessional
