Eric is the most knowledgeable and precise inspector I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. He is highly intelligent and doesn’t miss anything. He was always amenable to discuss any item. At the end of the inspection he walked the whole house and explained what was going to be in the report with me.
I needed a home inspection for my new home purchase. Eric's prices were reasonable and he was able to schedule the inspection within a few days.
