Love this studio, any level yogi is welcome and it is a completely judge free zone. Amy is one of the best teachers I have ever come across and her energy is amazing. Sarah will work your butt off and it is totally worth it! Highly recommend this down to Earth, non-showy yoga studio for anyone toying with the idea of starting yoga or getting back into this healing practice.

I've been a member for several years and love this place. Atmosphere is perfect and the teachers are phenomenal. Grace's Friday am class is awesome for hot power flow. Saturday morning instructors are also great and you can't go wrong with any of them!

What a wonderful home for all your yoga needs. Every class I’ve attended has been excellent and the instructors are very knowledgable. The staff are also lovely and I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone looking.
