Eric Novak and his team are professionals at what they do. I brought my 2014 Raptor in for the notorious “lead frame” issue and he got me taken care of in a day. Upon further inspection after the repair, the issue persisted due to a defective replacement part from Ford. Eric immediately stepped up, got another part ordered under warranty, and even offered me an Uber home since I live a good distance away.
The next day he called to let me know the truck was finished, washed, and that one of his guys was personally delivering it back to me to ensure everything was perfect. That level of customer service is rare these days.
