We changed over to broken spoken insurance A few months ago. Amanda Ritchey has been the agent helping us. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Talking to me on the phone on weekends and night and even coming to my house for me to sign papers because she works in AMARILLO and we live in Dumas. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Broken Spoke Insurance in Amarillo has gone above and beyond for my family!!! Ms.Amanda has went thru and looked, and then looked some more, contacting us with what has been best for our needs!! Amanda Ritchie has been my insurance agent for a while now, and she has been amazing! She has worked hard to help me set up my Aflac account and has assisted in making it an easy process to file any claims I have. She has always been extremely helpful and available when I have needed assistance in submitting documents to help support my claims. In fact, I send her a picture or scan a copy of them and she takes care of the rest by properly uploading the documents and submitting any claims I may have arise on my behalf.She is very professional and goes above and beyond to help her clients out.
