Worst customer service! I had an appointment for a service call. They said they would be at my place sometime in the afternoon. they never showed and when I called to ask about what time they were going to show up they said that they could be at my place first ting in the morning.10 am and no service technician so I call and turns out that they had an emergency call and would not be able to come until the afternoon.4:30 rolls along and they still haven't shown up or even answered my phone calls or texts. when I finally get a hold of him he said that he was "stuck at the damn oil field." This place is so unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Highly highly recommended. They are an amazing experienced staff that care and know their stuff. Our house almost caught on fire and they are caring and respectful. Thank you Hodge and team for being awesome !!! Knowing your stuff and being safe
