I am so frustrated. I was referred to this CPA from a friend. I started with her in Jan 2026. I was very clear on what I needed. I paid her $1000, to get my 1099s completed and help me work thru my QBO and get my taxes up to date. She did my 1099s, and had not logged back into my QBO. In July I met with her face to face and we set a plan of attack again to get my QBO fixed for my 2 businesses. She recommended filing for a sales tax cert, and she did do that. I wrote another check for $1000, and had the expectation she would get my books cleared and taxes filed…Crickets. I sent emails about filing the Franchise tax for both my business, her response we do that, not you….Now the SOS has forfeited my right to do business. Which I am now spending my afternoon on calls to get cleared up. Frustrated is an understatement. I sent her a break up email and it took 4 days to get a response. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

DO NOT USE HER! We dropped off our taxes in Mid-March and asked a rough timeline of when they would ready and were told roughly April 15th. We reached out for an update in April and was told they may need to file an extension for us along with other customers. What they did NOT tell us was that an extension is $400 and that we would be responsible for paying that. We did not get our taxes back until late July!! Beware!!!!! Horrible service and communication with customers.

Terrible communication, I scheduled appointments and she doesn’t show up (45 min dr), doesn’t take the time to look through our taxes, doesn’t follow through with anything she says, then charges you the full price on top of saying you owe a ton of money in taxes. After having the last 3 years amended we are finding out that she pretty much didn’t take the time to do anything right and lied to us multiple times about right offs.

Sueann has always taken of me. She’s very knowledgeable, polite and professional. She’s taken a personal interest in my taxes as if I was her only customer. She’s done my taxes for 3 years now. I highly recommend over any commercial tax agency.

We meet with Sueann in June and were excited to work with her and her staff. Our first quarterly tax that came up we were ignored over and over on every communication via email and phone. The day we were going to go into the office the State contacted us about putting a lein on our business. She filed the taxes which inquired late fees. The second quarter came up and we have once again been ignored on emails and phone calls. I do not recommend Sueann at all due to this horrible lack of communication and respect. All we needed was communication.

Did not have my taxes done on time after leading me on for 3 months saying she was working on my taxes. When inquiring about my taxes nearing the due date, I was responded with impatience and a VERY loud and short tone. 10/10 would not use her and her company again.
