Jesse was my repair service person and did a great job. He has great people skills and went the extra to make sure I was happy with the repair. Your company was out the same day I put the call in. You don’t find that often.

I've been in the residential service industry for over forty years, Never experience being out of a frigerator for over a month and a half, Because the second technician that arrived to To install parts ordered from the first technician, And they were the proper parts I called LG tech support To confirm the proper parts were ordered by the first technician. Second tech did not want to the Job and said wrong part.the right part is no longer available..what a joke. And trying to get a refund was even a bigger joke.

Daniel found the issue, made arrangements to have a part replaced. Unfortunately, we have not heard from anyone since he came. No idea where and when the part will arrive. WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF ANOTHER FREEZER FOR OUR PANTRY
