I have been needing account help for the last few months just about but the manager doesn't even show up and no one is trained to handle accounts apparently so I'm just stuck with them taking money from me and I can't even use my membership

Don’t sign up for a membership here unless you plan on never cancelling. I tried to cancel online a couple months before the end of my year contract and it was wanting to charge a $54 cancellation fee. When I called they said it would be cheaper to pay a couple more months and then at the end of the year the fee would go away. Fast forward to the final month of my year with PF and I try to cancel but the fee is still there. I called again and they said the cancellation fee would go away if I cancelled AFTER the renewal date but I didn’t want to be charged another month for no reason. After talking to a manager I was advised to upgrade to the Black card for a month free as a way around that. When I went in to do that, they changed their minds and said that if I did it that way I’d be charged a $50 annual fee on Jan 1st so I was screwed either way. They refused to give me any kind of money back despite causing me to pay for two extra months I could have avoided. Nobody there seems to know how their membership contracts work or can give straight answers. If you want to cancel you’ll spend an hour on the phone and still end up getting scammed.
Also there are always some tools in the locker room recording themselves flexing in the mirror with the showers and changing rooms behind them in frame. I complained about this to management and nothing was done.

Most planet fitness are all similar besides the size. Equipment at this one could use some upkeep but overall it's a clean place.

I definitely do not recommend this place, I had cancelled my membership here a year ago, and they are still charging me and apparently have not even notified me that they were taking a monthly balance out of my bank. Another thing is that you can't even enjoy working out because of some show off dudes flexing the mirror right in front of you. Me and my friend were working out one day when some college age girl decided to keep staring at my butt when I was trying to workout, it made me feel super uncomfortable to the point where I just got up and left. It's disgraceful enough when there is these men and women dressing very inappropriate, it is not cute it is disgusting and there is absolutely no need for all of that. I hope that Planet Fitness will change because it is not a good place to consider exercising at.

For a gym, this place is pretty nice. The color scheme leaves a lot to be desired but the staff is friendly and helpful

This gym and the manager on duty do not know what customer service is at all. Setting up our daughter’s membership they argued about demanding a debt card and yet we have the same card on our memberships as well. And now trying to close her membership as she just graduated and will be leaving town and the same manager refused to close the membership and was very short with myself and my wife telling us we do not have the authority to close her account. This was very poor customer service and a bad demeanor and unprofessionalism of a manager to not show better customer service

Great friendly staff. Equipment is maintained well for the ,most part. Clean environment. Friendly people working out around you. One thing I would complain about is that the black card special equipment is rather dated. The massage chairs are old and fairly uncomfortable. Would love to see them updated.
