Losing a loved one, whether expected or not, leaves you in such a fragile and emotional place. During one of the most difficult times for our family, every single person at Lacy’s was incredible.

Mr. Vance, in particular, was patient, kind, compassionate, and incredibly genuine. He guided us through each decision in such a gentle way, giving us the space to feel our emotions while also making us feel confident and cared for throughout the process.

On the day of my dad’s service and burial, everything was handled flawlessly. We were able to simply be present with our family and honor my dad without worrying about a single detail.
