Jessie's Air Services provides heating and cooling services for homes or businesses. In business since 1984, they are available 24 hours a day and guarantee satisfaction. The owner came out personally and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to look at everything, not just the thermostat programming, and made sure the system was set up the way it should be. He pointed out areas where airflow could be improved and went above and beyond. The service was fast, courteous, and professional. The AC stopped cooling, and the owner gave a quick message reply and a call, then fixed the unit with a quick capacitor change. They checked the warranty and explained the part was covered, with only a charge for labor and the service call. It’s refreshing to know there is still a company that watches out for the customer’s dollar value and does not take advantage. The crew knows their job and communicates well. They worked in the attic in a really hot environment and did well. The charges were VERY reasonable. Honest, dependable, and good communication. Highly recommended for HVAC needs.

He also pointed out a few areas where airflow could be improved and went above and beyond to take care of some additional things while he was here. That level of thoroughness and follow-through is hard to find.
