When I usually go to gun stores and gun shows to look around and ask questions the customers service is never that great, until I came across Radical Firearms !!
I felt so welcome by katy and Taylor , They both helped me every step of the way into purchasing my FIRST suppressor “ Sinter Gen 2” for my Ar15. The quality of the suppressor is top notch ?If I had any questions a helpful answer was given.
Props to katy and Taylor for great customer service, by far the BEST and smoothest experience i’ve had. I highly Recommend Radical Firearms if you’re looking into getting suppressors and Firearm related items. I am for sure coming back 20/10.
I have purchased several RF pieces over the years. One of my mainstays is the 5.56 16" with an MHR handguard system. It's been through MANY iterations since I purchased it. However, this last change I made showed me that the barrel nut (proprietary to RF) was due to be changed out/replaced (7 builds can do that...).
I contacted them via phone and got the pleasure of speaking to a guy there named Taylor. He was pleasant, attentive, and spoke on my level (which is hard to find these days). Within a few minutes - he had fulfilled my request, responded to my email I sent before calling, and left me with a fabulous-need to write this review.

Today went to radical firearms and ordered AR 556..6.8 spc and 3 cams...everybody working there was very helpful..all my questions were answered and the paper work performed in a timely fashion..finger printing etc. all done there...very convenient !! I want to thank David Spector who arranged my appointment ..Katy for organizing all the paperwork..I also have a 300 blackout and 6.5 Grendel purchased years ago ..all made by Radical ..shot at least 1000 rounds through each of them with never an issue !! Quality made goes along way !! Highly recommend !!
