SCAM!!!! RUNNN!!! I wish I could give a ZERO STARS review. They never answer the phone, they only want you to communicate through text. They showed me a home through “self-guided tour” then told me to apply ($50 per applicant) only to send me an email a couple of hours later saying the house is no longer on the market for renting. YET IT WAA JUST POSTED FOR RENT AGAIN
Do not rent from them. They are very unprofessional to their tenants! They do not fix anything even when it is reported multiple times but still expect the full rent on time. Genevieve is very limited on knowledge when it comes to leasing a home to live in, and very rude when it comes to answering questions.
I have now been in my home for 3 yrs. Anchor Property Management is absolutely amazing. They are more than Landlords, they have an absolute heart and understanding for their renters. Anytime there is a need like my A/C for example, wasn't blowing cold enough, I put in the request and next day had a crew here that went above and beyond to get this system going strong . . And any problem that has come up, I just put in the request and within 2 days someone is here to fix the problem. When I hit a hard time and fell behind in rent they were more than willing to work with me.
