The worst management company. Genevieve was very unprofessional and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner over asking about my deposit. They would not give the deposit back and didn't have any reason as to why. She stated "no one has ever" gotten any explanation as to why they didn't receive their deposit back. If you want your deposit back expect to seek legal counsel or better yet, avoid this company all together.

Very bad company, we have been renting for years, at first everything was fine, but for 1 year now we have been saying that they should fix the fence because it is already broken at the end.Side of theNeighbor and they just act crazy. But for the month well they charge a surcharge only for 1 day late.Very bad experience, we will go to our lawyer because they have broken a clause.

The worst company ever had to give a one star to do a review but if I could they would get no stars at all. Lived in one of the rental properties for a year never was late on rent had a few maintenance problems they did for the most part come and fixed something but some stuff like the having plumbing issues they never came to put a outside vent for the plumbing so the plumbing would always have a back up they never came to do. But when I moved out and did everything right left stuff clean they come with move out charges of $1,999.00 and put all my deposit towards it then said I still owed them $675.00 for things I know was not true and have pictures and video of all...read full review
