Very kind and patient people that work here. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I brought in my cat Katsu for an appointment and they were kind to give him treats to get him out of his bag and not force him. They did a check up and went over any of my concerns I had. The medicine they gave me for his pain relief wasn’t expensive and I did the $25 for the first check up which helped me get great service. Definitely coming back.
I took my dog here for the first time today and I absolutely loved them. Vets can be scary bc you are worried about your fur baby (and wallet) but every person at Walnut Creek Vet took that worry away today. Shandel at the front desk was SO incredibly nice and helpful. Kami was the tech and she handled my dog so well, he gets nervous at the vet and she said he did well for them in the exam room which is awesome. And then Dr. Bauer was perfect in her communication about how the exam went, what to do at home for his care and answered all the questions I had. We took our cat to this location. She was seen by Dr. Bauer and staff. EVERYONE across the entire spectrum of Maggie's care was outstanding! They were very patient with us and answered all our questions i cluding the dumb ones. They responded in the evening to our questions and checked on how we and Maggie were doing after her first night home and after her procedure. We could not be more pleased with the care and attention.
