Transparent, trustworthy business, which is such a relief to find when you have no idea what it is going to take to fix a plumbing leak. We found a mystery exterior leak on our property the weekend before Christmas and had to shut off water to the house. After another plumbing company scheduled an appointment for us and then later canceled it with no explanation, we called True Plumbing on Monday morning. Eric from True Plumbing showed up when he said he would, took a quick look at our problem, and explained the three possible causes of the leak, along with how much each would cost to fix if said problem was found. Mitchell was great once he got to my house....However...... setting up and appointment was a HUGE ordeal. :(
On August 7th, I specifically asked for a 3 o'clock appointment on August 11. I got a text that said a technician would be here between 8 and 12. Then another text that said 11 to 3. I was not going to be home until after 3. I called to correct that early Monday morning and a 3 o'clock appointment was made by a person on the phone. By 6..... no one had come. I NEEDED a technician to come that night as I had waited 5 days for a repair. More phone calls.... I think someone really tried to find somebody...but with no success since it was 6 PM!
