We didn't have to wait a long time to get a tech out. We were hearing a noise in our external unit. The fan blade was torn.

Do not confuse this company with Texas Heat and Air, this is Texas BEST Heat and Air! AHS has sent out both and Texas Best Heat and Air are the Best, Texas Heat and Air are scammers. Dwayne, form Texas Best came out and fixed our heat this time with no problems. He was very nice and professional and didn't give me the line "power surge & that AHS doesn't cover that" like the other company lied and proceeded to try to get me to have a new unit installed in Jan 2023. If any company gives you that line, get a second opinion. We did and the picture from the other company was even a lie, there was no surge that melted a part.
