When my air conditioner quit working last night I looked for a local company and called J&E. They were here at 8am the next morning and had my air conditioner fixed by 830am. The capacitor had gone bad, they replaced it and were very reasonable with the price. I am very pleased with them and they will be who I call next time I need air conditioner service.

Very attentive, knowledgeable, and arrived promptly. Mr. Bill has taken care of us for years, and we have always trusted his judgment. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all of our questions, and makes sure the job is done right. His professionalism, honesty, and friendly attitude make every experience stress-free. We highly recommend his services!

These guys are super nice and professional. I called at 8:10 am and they arrived at 8:30 am. My unit needed a new fan motor so I was expecting a 2 day turnaround. I was told they would have the fan motor this afternoon and would be back then to replace it.

Great customer service!!!!
