Whitewater express has always been my go to car wash the customer service here is unmatched. From the associates to the managers, everyone always is willing knowledgeable and ready to go above and beyond. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a smiling face which is so refreshing. Special shout out to Julius, (store manage) for always taking care of me when I come, Open to answering all of my questions, Keeping me updated on the latest promotions. Julius, Thank you for your outstanding guest service. I greatly appreciate it!

I get my car washed here frequently. They come to you while you're in your car to assist with payment and wash selection. Which is great because otherwise you'd have to exit your vehicle to do so. I guess they didn't consider that during the build?. They are always pleasant.

The staff at this location are always impeccable! I’ve never once have had any bad experiences here and I come pretty often. Even with the crazy Texas weather the team is always there to assist and are in a happy mood. The stations are always tidy and ready for use and towels are always available as well. Which is hard to come by now as I’ve previously used other drive through car wash companies and they on the norm are usually out of the provided dry off towels. So it really is a convenience that they are always available. Price point is also a great value with or without a membership. Overall I will always be a loyal customer to this location.
