The CEO of the massage establishment found out about this and reached out to me personally. She apologized for the encounter, thanked me for my honesty, and offered a free massage with their most talented massage therapist. What a wonderful company. I have never seen anyone do this before. My Therapist was Faye at the 1535 location #1. Lia made my 1st Thai/deep tissue experience very nice. Very clean and positive energy inside the place and people. Good communication and made me feel comfortable. The pressure and technique was among the top in my experience. Got all my problem areas. I felt it was a good value for the rate and plan to return. Make sure the preview the storefront in your GPS so you don’t end up at the adjacent sketchy massage joint around the corner.
