“A week ago Saturday around midnight I was attempting to remove a water hose from an outside spigot. It had a crimp near the coupling and when I tried to back it out the crimp gave way and it started leaking/spraying. “We were very happy with all aspects of working with JD Precision Plumbing Service from our initial phone call to the finished job. An underground leak from our water well to our house had lowered the water pressure in the house. This was the third time this fitting had leaked. We called Monday morning around 11 am. A very courteous and helpful person (sorry, can't remember name) answered the phone, quickly understood what we needed and set up an appointment for between 12 and 4.

Austin arrived at our place sometime between 12:30 and 1 pm. He was very kind to our over-enthusiastic Labrador retriever. :)
Austin assessed the problem and let us know what he recommended for a permanent fix. He installed an extra fitting and replaced the two leak-prone screw-on fittings with a better connection. He brought the lines up to the surface and set it up so that we could have options on which lines to turn off without shutting off the water to our entire system.
