Stopped by looking for a new cologne and ended up leaving with items for my whole family thanks to Cristian. He made the process super easy and gave recommendations that actually felt thoughtful instead of random upselling. He helped me find something for my wife and even my two daughters, which I honestly didn’t expect walking in. Definitely one of the better shopping experiences I’ve had in a while!

I came to this Ulta location instead of my usual Willowbrook location hoping I’d run into Christian after reading a previous review about his expertise in fragrance, and I’m so glad I did. Even with how busy it was during Mother’s Day weekend chaos, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive.
I was trying to find a perfume for my mom, and after telling him a few fragrances she already loves, he immediately knew what olfactory family they fell into and started recommending perfumes with similar notes and styles. You can tell he genuinely knows fragrance and isn’t just reading labels.
