I want to thank you for being so caring & gentle with my dog Elvis. He’s so small and was not feeling well. Within days of taking his medication he was back to himself. Thank you for seeing him on such short notice too. That made a world of difference, I didn’t realize he was running a fever. You all are very friendly & loving with all the pets you see.
Dr. MacFarlane was so patient, explained everything in-depth, didn't push unnecessary procedures, and even asked my children who were in the room if they had any questions, which I thought was very thoughtful. The vet tech/nurse, I believe her name was Morgan, was also so kind and patient, taking all the information down, explaining all of the meds in depth, etc. We really appreciate both of their levels of care they provided.
The staff is very kind and caring, they made sure my dog felt as comfortable as possible during his check up. The facility is very clean and well maintained, we will be coming back for future checkups!
