I have been coming to Sterling Ridge Orthopedics for physical therapy on my shoulder. The team they have at the Kuykendahl location is phenomenal!!! I have made leaps and bounds of progress in what I hear from friends is amazing time for shoulder recovery. Today's visit was great, several of the therapist had on their Astros gear to celebrate opening day! Me and several other patients came in with ours on as well. Great camaraderie in this office, I'll be a little sad when I am done here!

Dr. Paul Chin is one of the best doctors I have met. He is kind, caring, and compassionate about his patients and their well-being. He has made my recovery from a total knee replacement a breeze. Thank you so much for being such a great doctor!

Update (11/04/2023): Kathy the manager solved my issues and was amazing on her customer service! It is sad when we need to call and we got speak to the manager(!) who has other duties instead of checking on people's balance. Should be the billing department's work!!! Thank you again Kathy!!!!Their inability and lack of professionalism to help you with your billing should make you run away from this place!!! Honestly, never seen a place so disorganized, messy and confused as Sterling Ridge Billing Department. You think you have paid everything and don't owe them anything and all of sudden, you are charged more 200 dollars?? Also do you need help/have questions? Well screw...read full review
