My daughter worked with someone named Jennifer, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made sure my daughter felt comfortable the entire time. We laughed, we smiled, and the whole experience was just incredible. I have never felt so much genuine care from someone we had just met.
Jennifer took her time and patiently helped my daughter learn how to put in and take out her contacts. Even though it took quite a while to get them in, she never rushed us and stayed by our side the entire time. She explained everything clearly and showed her helpful techniques to make the process easier.

While out and about with my daughter and grandkids today, I tripped and fell, bending my glasses. My daughter googled the nearest optical store, and we were lucky enough to find Stanton Optical in Spring. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the sweet woman who helped me, but she had my glasses fixed in no time. I so appreciated her kind help. Excellent customer service!
